Job Description
Responsible for promoting the Company's Vaccines Product Portfolio to healthcare professionals and other related stakeholders in private sector by delivering promotional messages, increasing product awareness, and providing solutions to customers' enquiry
Work closely with marketing and other functional team to co-create market initiatives to order to deliver product promotional messages and support business growth
Identify potential business source within the assigned territory and coordinate the business execution plan with both internal and external stakeholders
Explore potential sales opportunity, negotiate pricing offer and close the business deal with customers
Organize and implement promotion activities such as HCP educational meeting, product group detailing and nurse training sessions. Facilitate the onsite vaccination activities in collaboration with healthcare organization
Execute the call plan of the assigned territory at specific frequency. Regularly review pre-defined KPI and sales performance of the territory
Establish and maintain good relationship with the key stakeholders within the assigned territory
Collect market intelligence to understand the latest market landscape and competitors' movement
Prepare sales reports and other related documents
Requirements:
Entrepreneurship mindset and a will to succeed
Self-motivated, outgoing and strong interpersonal skill
Bachelor degree in Science-related disciplines such as Life Science, Pure Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry), Pharmacy or related disciplines
Candidate with sales experience from other relevant industry, or fresh graduate, will be also considered
Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior title
