Sales / Partnership Manager (Business Development)

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and Secure Strategic Partnership to expand HoldCover's product offerings and distribution network
• Analyze partnership performance, optimize and support strategic decision-making
• Develop and execute Co-Marketing Campaigns
• Maintain good customer relationships and address customer feedback/complaints professionally
• Collaborate across teams to drive value

 Job Requirements

• Diploma or above with a minimum of 2 years’ customer relatinoship management or sales experience
• Holder of IIQE Paper I, II is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, self-initiative with a passion for customer-centricity
• Attentive to details, patient, well-organized with good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
