Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Perform detailed sales analysis and present insights for management and sales teams.
  • Support sales activities through data management, market analysis, and administrative tasks.
  • Handle daily service calls and/or inquiries from customers, coordinate and follow up with related parties, such as Sales team.
  • Maintain and update information using ERP systems and Excel dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of data and timely reporting.



Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Good analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and team player.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus).
  • FMCG or similar sales environment experience preferred.

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
