Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team to respond to clients timely, including lead assigning and managing response time.
- Assist in new clients’ pre-sales & post-sales enquiries by phone calls, WhatsApp or email
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing & deliveries
- Preparation and submission of sales quotations and agreements
- Support the sales team to achieve Sales KPI & performance
- Prepare sales-related reports
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Product selling experience (To B/To G experience is a plus)
- Experience in Robotic and AI industry is a plus
- Experience in Hospital industry is a plus
- At least 4 years working experience in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in MS Offices such as Excel, Word, Outlook and word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Detailed minded, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Work independently, have experiences in robotics and hospitality field are preferred
- Need to achieve company target
