Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team to respond to clients timely, including lead assigning and managing response time.
  • Assist in new clients’ pre-sales & post-sales enquiries by phone calls, WhatsApp or email
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing & deliveries
  • Preparation and submission of sales quotations and agreements
  • Support the sales team to achieve Sales KPI & performance
  • Prepare sales-related reports
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Product selling experience (To B/To G experience is a plus)
  • Experience in Robotic and AI industry is a plus
  • Experience in Hospital industry is a plus
  • At least 4 years working experience in sales and marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Offices such as Excel, Word, Outlook and word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detailed minded, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work independently, have experiences in robotics and hospitality field are preferred
  • Need to achieve company target
