Sales Manager (Pastry)

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals for Hong Kong & Macau with your knowledge of dessert, pastry, bakery etc.
• Lead, coach and motivate different teams of sales professionals from our business partners to deliver outstanding sales results & able to do recipe application/ demo on your own.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities to materialize
• Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners & chefs to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing timely insights and recommendations
• Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help shape the direction of the business

What we're looking for:

1. Proven dessert, pastry, bakery knowledge & culinary experience
2. Experience in menu design & innovation, skills of interacting with chefs/ demo, understanding of sales processes and best practices
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Demonstrable success in developing and leading high-performing sales teams
6. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential, Mandarin is a plus
7. Less experience will be considered as postion of Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
