Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of our health and beauty clinics, leading initiatives to drive revenue growth across all locations. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
• Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
• Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Fostering strong relationships with existing clients and generating new sales leads
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Providing regular performance feedback and coaching to the sales team

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales management role, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
