Job Description

Job Description: As a Sales Manager in our Consumer Healthcare Division, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our consumer healthcare products, ensuring market expansion, and achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the Consumer Healthcare Division.
  • Partner with retail chains and distributors to plan and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Prepare sales forecast and propose action plans to meet sales target
  • Recruit, Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the consumer healthcare product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to make informed business decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards in the consumer healthcare industry.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach by understanding consumer needs and feedback to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the consumer healthcare industry, FMCG or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer healthcare products and industry trends.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Multitask on various projects
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Able to communicate in English and cantonese
