Sales Manager/Executive

About the role

Co-Vision Hong Kong Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager/Executive to join our team in Lai Chi Kok, Sham Shui Po District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and nurturing key client relationships to support the company's strategic business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Prospecting for new business opportunities
• Preparing sales proposals, presentations and reports to support the sales process
• Providing feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer experience

What we're looking for

• 2 years sales experience, experience in the Ophthalmic/Spectacles industry would be an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients
• Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex client requests
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Position is based in Hong Kong but will be expected to have occasional business travel to Mainland China
• Immediate availability is preferred
