Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
To assist and support the Head of Sales and to lead the sales team to achieve the team's sales objectives, develop and expand the key accounts of Viatris products in private sector.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop sales business plans for assigned brands by gaining internal and external stakeholders input and support.

Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.

Ensure sales programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines.

Provide Sales forecast to Marketing Department.

Manage Sales Team with manpower allocation, product positioning and prioritization
-
Monitoring and analyzing business performance to achieve business goals (awareness, share and etc) and the competition.

Monitor sales record, analyze sales trend to ensure sales target achievement

Work with Commercial Operations and HR to develop, implement and adjust as necessary on KPI and sales incentives plans for field force.

Create a team culture that aligns to Viatris' vision and values

Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports

Responsible for the career development of the team members of the Sales team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
8 - 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, minimum 2 years of people management experience
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Strong ability to lead sales team to deliver on time and within budget

Customer mapping and competitor insight

Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills

Facilitation and skills in conveying best practice and learning

Ability to manage multiple projects and time frames in a matrix organization

Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Chinese and English
