Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager, Enterprise Solutions to manage enterprise solution sales and strategic account development across multiple industry verticals in Hong Kong. This role requires a versatile professional capable of selling a diverse portfolio, focusing on delivering integrated technical solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing enterprise accounts. Developing strategic account plans, presenting to executives, and managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure.
Solution Development & Positioning
- Collaborating with product/technical teams, translating customer needs into technical solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Building trust with decision-makers and collaborating internally to ensure delivery. Establishing long-term relationships with executives, working closely with internal teams to drive customer success.
Account Strategy & Growth
- Driving business growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities and long-term relationship building. Developing account strategies and SLAs demonstrating measurable business value.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience in technology solutions or system integration, with a proven record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales.
- Demonstrated experience selling integrated hardware, software, and service solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen; fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Expertise in target verticals and/or enterprise tech trends (IT/IoT/AV) is a significant advantage.
