Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies for licensed products in the B2B, Wholesale, On-line and Direct selling markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B & B2C market
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that B2B & B2C activities are aligned with overall business objectives
- Coordinate and manage sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyse market trends and develop strategies to maximize revenue and growth
- Prepare regular sales performance and market analysis report
- Participate in ad hoc projects and perform assigned duties
Requirements
- Over 5 years relevant experience is preferred
- Home Appliances experience is preferred
- Existing merchant client’s network in retail is preferred
- Strong team player and willing to perform additional work under pressure
- Proficient presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, aggressive, self-driven, result-oriented and a good team player
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must
