Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager @Tsing Yi

Responsibilities:

• Expand potential business opportunities in China (especially in Shenzhen and Dongguan).
• Regularly travel to Shenzhen and Dongguan to offer support and maintain close relationship with customers.
• Develop and explore new business to achieve sales target.
• Represent the company in negotiating and building up relationship with shippers and carriers.
• Perform Cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of sales targets & profitability.
• Provide Sales Report to General Manager in the weekly sales meeting regarding sales performance.
• Ensure full compliance for the team to adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Coordinate with the operations and overseas branches as required.
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Superior.
   

Requirements:

• Degree / Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines.
• 5 years or above relevant sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics / supply chain industry.
• Have a proven sales track record of business growth; strong business mindset and ability to develop good connection with clients.
• Self-motivated, good work-ethic, integrity, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good English, Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
   

Office Location:  36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Asia Logistics Hub - SF Centre (10-minute free shuttle bus service from MTR Tsing Yi).

Working Hours:  5 work days per week.
