Sales Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager - Overseas Residential Properties

Employer:

Our client is a renowned property developer with a diverse portfolio of high-quality residential projects, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role focuses on promoting and selling exclusive international properties to clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Job Duties:

  • Drive sales of overseas residential properties by identifying and engaging potential buyers in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide professional consultation to clients on property investments, including market trends, project features, and financial considerations.
  • Organize and participate in property exhibitions, seminars, and sales events to promote projects.
  • Work closely with the internal team to prepare marketing materials and sales presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the international property market and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in selling overseas residential properties, preferably in the luxury or high-end property segment.

  • Strong network of clients in Mainland China and Hong Kong, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Experience in organizing property exhibitions and events is an advantage.
