Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships, including potential clients
  • Develop and Implement strategic business development plans for financial / ESG reporting services, IPO and other financial documentation and communications projects, encompassing both printed and electronic solutions
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate project quotations and provide cost updates to clients as needed
  • Oversee and monitor the progress of each project, ensure effective communication and coordination with clients until project completion
  • Generate billing statements for completed projects and provide clients with clear explanations of any cost variances
  • Propose and execute marketing development plans and strategies, including the creation of marketing tools such as brochures and flyers
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to address job-related matters effectively
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Job requirement
  • DSE / Diploma or above in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related discipline
  • 1 year or above related working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Self-motivated, independent and proactive
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in PC operations and MS office
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
