Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive (E-Commerce and Retail)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation in E-commerce (including product listing, order management, order follow-up etc.);
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up and provide post-sales service;
• Review the workflow regularly in regard to the fast-growing business, coordinate with stakeholders to plan and improve the efficiency of workflow;
• Maintain and upgrade the E-commerce system to fulfill business needs;
• Achieve target in sales and contribution margin;
• Analyze and interpret statistical data and daily sales data to optimize the channel traffic performance and sales;
• Handle ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by Management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales;
• Diploma or above;
• Experience in E-Commerce / Retail, and knowledge in frozen meat business is an advantage;
• Proactive, result-driven, confident, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Proficient in online store system & MS Office, particularly in Wechat, What'sAPP, ios and Android system, Web system, opencart;
• Knowledge of Adobe AI、Adobe Photoshop、HTML is an advantage;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
