Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers while driving the growth of our brand across the pet care market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, including pet stores, veterinary clinics, and grooming salons.
• Handle customer enquiries, order processing, and payment collection.
• Achieve sales targets and support the company’s continuous growth.
• Gather market insights and provide valuable feedback to the management team.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, marketing events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Passion for pets and knowledge of the pet care industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Experience in sales or account servicing is preferred.
