Job Description

We are seeking Sales Executive/ Manager to join our growing IT software company.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, social media outreach, attending events, and other lead generation tactics
  • Qualify leads through product demos and needs analysis conversations
  • Manage sales opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Achieve and exceed semi-annual and annual sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Report on sales metrics and funnel status to sales management
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, industry news and competitor offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or customer relationship experience is a plus, preferably in the IT system or software or HR industry
  • Ability to independently source and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Organized, driven, and able to work independently to meet targets
  • Familiarity with software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
