Sales Executive (F&B business)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team at Nissei Y&M (H.K.) Company, Limited. Based in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District, this full-time role will see you playing a crucial part in growing our Food & Beverage (F&B) business.

What you'll be doing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key account clients, proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
• Negotiating with R&D team and factory for production development and stable supply
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting clients throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborating with management and factory to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Continuously researching the market, monitoring industry trends and identifying new growth areas

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the F&B industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to settle and meet customers' reqeusts
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close deals
• Adaptable and resilient, with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, flexible environment
• Degree qualified or equivalent, with a demonstrable passion for the F&B sector
• Willing to work in a small scale company
• Knowledge of Japanese is advantage
