Sales Executive (Base Salary with High Commission)

• Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Actively approach and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  • Will be trained by our ergonomic specialist to be a professional in office ergonomic industry
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge
  • Build long-term customer relationships through warm, personalized service and follow-up

• 🛠️ After-Sales Support

  • Coordinate delivery and installation of purchased items
  • Handle post-sale service including redo-cases, adjustments, and customer satisfaction follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and service teams

• 🛒 Store Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display
  • Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns

• 🧍‍♂️ Personal Attributes

• Enjoys fitness and physical activities, with a genuine interest in health and wellness
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during promotional events
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, moving stock, and assisting with installations

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office

- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English

- Physically fit and enthusiastic about fitness and active lifestyles

- 5.5 working days
