Job Highlight
Job Description
• Prepare scheduling & sales confirmation, etc.
• Handle orders follow-up
• Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with product development / engineering team
• Assist in sample handling, order and shipping data input and liaison with clients as required
• Work with customers and factories independently
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of shipment
• Work with factories on production plan
Requirements
• Form 7 / DSE or above, Degree holder preferred
• At least 1 years’ solid experience in toys industry
• Experience in trading or buying office is preferred, with network with international distributors and retailers is highly appreciated
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
