In line with our company's expansion, we are looking for qualified candidate for the position of Sales Administrator / Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Follow up order status and delivery schedule
- Prepare documents (such as sales order, invoice, purchase order, etc.)
- Maintain data update in system
- Answer customers' phone and/or email inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse team
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- at least 3 yrs work experience in sales admin and/or CS
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel)
- Communicative spoken English & Mandarin
- Work location : Tai Po Industrial Estate ( free shuttle bus provided)
- Alternate half day ( 08:45 - 13:00) working on Sat. is required
