What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, customer communication, and data entry
- Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
- Maintaining accurate sales records and databases
- Identifying and addressing any sales-related issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and driving business growth
- Support ad-hoc sales-related projects as needed
What we're looking for
- University degree or above, ideally in business or a related field
- Minimum 3 years related working experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Independent, proactive and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address challenges
