Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, customer communication, and data entry
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and databases
  • Identifying and addressing any sales-related issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and driving business growth
  • Support ad-hoc sales-related projects as needed

What we're looking for

  • University degree or above, ideally in business or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independent, proactive and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address challenges
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
