We are looking for highly motivated professionals in the following positions:

Sales Coordinator

Overall Responsibilities:

• Work under sales operations team, prepare price quotations, sales orders and logistics work.
• Coordinating with factory. Working with different suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Coordinating the quality control and test.
• Coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Preparing shipping documents, such as invoices, packing list, delivery note and bills of lading, and ensuring accuracy of shipping information.
• Assist in inventory stock keeping.
• Keep track on sales demand for warehousing arrangement.
• Need strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

 Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience of relevant work experience in the above;
• Self-motivated and work independently to achieve objectives;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);
• Experience working in manufacturing industries is preferable;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
