Job Duties :-

Maintain files systems & database of sales records

Assist the preparation of sales reports & promotional materials

Events coordination & management
-
Provide administrative support to the team

Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements :-
-
Form 5 / DSE or above
-
Over 3 years working experience in sales admin

Proficient in PC skills including MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage
