Job Description

Job Duties :-

  • Maintain files systems & database of sales records

  • Assist the preparation of sales reports & promotional materials

  • Events coordination & management

  • Provide administrative support to the team

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements :-

  • Form 5 / DSE or above

  • Over 3 years working experience in sales admin

  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage
