Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Handle sales and delivery orders and monitor stock inventory
• Arrange goods delivery, shipping document and custom declaration
• Respond professionally to all customers’ incoming calls and inquiries related to products, delivery status, complaints and other matters
• Manage showroom operation, electronic transaction, customers’ booking schedule, customers’ feedback, visual merchandising, inventory and assets
• Prepare report with analysis and accurate information for sales performance review
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• DSE or above
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail sales/showroom/hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
