Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

• Provide sales report, quotation, issue PO, invoice, etc.
• Provide sales or services order follow-up
• Handle customers enquiries, no matter emails, whatsapps or phone calls
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Coordinate and work closely with different internal parties
• Maintain & update data into system or e-commerce platforms/channels & other clerical work.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 2 years working experience in FMCG is an advantage
• Experience in handing sales coordination
• Detail-minded, responsible, organized and self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Team player with positive attitude and strong communication skill;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and Chinese word processing;
• Good command in both spoken and written English & Cantonese, (with Mandarin is an advantage).
• Outgoing and good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available would be an advantage
