LIFE AS A SALES CONSULTANT

• Working within the Sales Team, you will manage the entire charter flight process, from initial client inquiry and quotation to aircraft booking and successful charter completion
• Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers over your assigned client portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with operators
• Assist in growing operator database and ensure operator and fleet data is accurate and up to date
• Manage charter requests from clients in a timely manner
• Manage and communicate all booking changes as required
• Create flight briefs and post flight reports
• Ensure all flight bookings adhere to our legal and compliance guidelines
• Manage client and supplier invoicing requirements
• Adhoc reporting requested by clients
• Domestic travel may be required from time to time to visit clients and operators
• Assisting brokers with adhoc tasks from time to time
• The role requires flexible working hours. From time to time you may be required to work outside of standard business hours

 THE PERSON

• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required
• Proficiency in another Asia Pacific language is highly desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the charter industry or a related field is required
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to coordinate with clients, operators and other stakeholders with experience in managing key accounts

• Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development
• Organization: Coordinating private travel involves managing logistics, schedules, and details, so organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial
• Knowledge of Aviation: A working knowledge of aviation regulations, terminology, and procedures is beneficial
• Problem-Solving: The ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues is important in this role
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively with a sense of urgency is required
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer software used for charter bookings, communication, and data management is required
