An international consumer products testing, certification and inspection company, STC (www.stc.group) is looking for candidates to fill the following position.

Sales & Business Development Manager

The Manager of Sales & Business Development is responsible for leading the international sales and marketing initiatives of the Group. This role encompasses the management of various teams and personally involved in the business development, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and sales performance.

Responsibilities：

• Leadership & Management - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Business Development team while maintaining a strong focus on achieving the company's strategic sales goals.
• Reporting - Provide regular reports to the Director of Business Development & QA regarding team performance and sales metrics.
• Sales Target Achievement - Drive efforts to meet and exceed established sales targets, while actively engaging in business development activities.
• Strategic Planning - Collaborate with the Business Development team to formulate the international strategic marketing plan for the Group.
• Business Relations - Enhance and support relationships among internal operations, key account teams, and overseas customers.

Requirements：

• Bachelor Degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in merchandising, business development, or sales management within the consumer goods industry, preferably in a third-party laboratory testing, inspection and certification envirnment.
• Strong understanding of major overseas retailers, importers, and mass marketers.
• Familiarity with quality management, conformity assessment, and product certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent motivation, innovative thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; knowledge of other languages highly appreciated.
