We, a Worldwide Japanese Electronics Components Trading company having affiliated factories and sales offices over the World, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join our team as Sales Assistant.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or above in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working

  experience of Tradelink, co-ordinate with forwarder/customer to arrange booking and delivery

• Handle full set of shipping documents
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency with MS Office

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

Handle full set of I/E shipping independently

• Check shipment/invoice from supplier
• Order fulfilment & ensure accurate data input & system record
• Liaise with related internal sales offices and vendors
• Assist in daily warehouse activities and contribute to efficient inventory management
• Coordinate delivery and evaluate carrier performance
• Arrange in/out courier service
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
