Sales Assistant (5-day work)

We are looking to hire a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will assist the Bunker (Sales) Team to handle all the sales related documents and provide administrative support to the Team.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry and maintain the filing system of the department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the department.
• Handle shipping documents, reports and invoices.
• Assist in sorting, organizing, and updating sales data of the internal database.
• On-job-training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Detail-minded, sensitive to numbers and figures, well-organized, willing to learn, responsible and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediately available preferred.
