Job Summary
Tarmac Management Limited is seeking a Sales and Shipping Coordinator for our Sales Department, reporting to the Sales Team Leader. This candidate will support sales team and facilitate communication between internal and external parties to ensure smooth integration of sales and shipping activities. Sales and shipping coordinator need to be friendly and highly organized.
Job Description:
- Perform clerical support to Sales team
- Responsible for sales coordination & customer service tasks
- Manage and coordinate all logistics activities with customer and monitor shipment schedule
- Liaise with customer, factory and logistics parties to maintain smooth operation
- Follow up with customers invoices, packing list, booking form and related documents
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- HKCEE F.5 / DSE graduated or above
- Proficient in MS office, e.g. Excel, Words and Power point
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Have good and effective communication skill at all levels
- Well organized and detailed oriented
- Fresh graduates are welcome
