Sales and Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

• Oversee company operations, Lead team to achieve business objectives and establish company and brand reputation in the industry.
• Setboth short and long-term business objectives and financial budgets to align with corporate strategies; Leads the team to achievesales and profit/loss targets.
• Analyze the industry trend and market opportunities; Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies including sales model establishing, product positioning and pricing strategy to lift market share and expand coverage in HK & China.
• Guide the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional programs, ensuring effective control of marketing results, and taking corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
• Coordinate between sales and production sectors by generating production plan in accordance with sales forecast and inventory level, improving packaging and providing market feedbacks on quality issues of the product.
• Direct sales channel development and management including distribution network establishing, distributor recruiting, sales territory and quota allocating.
• Establish and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
• Ad-hoc assisgnment by senior management

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related major or related field.
• A minimum of 15 years relevant experience, with at least 6 years at senior management position with strong business acumen.
• Highly motivated with an innovative and creative mind.
• Knowledge in project management including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution, risk management and progress reporting.
• Positive attitude towards challenge, independence & ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PC operation.
