Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with retail chains and our principals to plan and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals including the sales, gross margin and volume.
  • Prepare sales forecast & propose action plans to meet sales target.
  • Evaluate the promotion effectiveness and make recommendations.
  • Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns and merchandise displays in chain stores.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with Key Accounts, General Trade, etc.
  • Prepare and present the proposals to our business partners.

 Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Solid experience in managing multiple accounts, projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG with accounts management experience, preferably in healthcare or beauty products (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales and Key Account Manager).
  • Ambitious, self-motivated & result-oriented.
  • Numerically intelligent with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel (include Pivot table) & PowerPoint.
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage.
