Key responsibilities for fellow subsidiaries of the Group include:

  • Make sales plans and manage A&P budgets, volume forecast predictions, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement the key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans as well as e-commerce strategy to maximize revenue and ensure the highest standard of customer service.
  • Manage the relationship with the e-commerce platform provider, relations with retailers and distributors.
  • Develop and propose brand and sales support strategies.
  • Manage individual and corporate purchasing orders.
  • Communicate with HQ, manufacturing and R&D.
  • Work with different agencies and brand partners on activations, marketing and launch events.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to develop new product right from concept to launch it in market.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
  • Pro-actively scans the market & industry developments to leverage profitability target.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or any related disciplines.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in FMCG, marketing or brand management.
  • Consumer retail/ FMCG/ F&B /Off-Trade background in regional and global exposure is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong sense of business development and relationships building with clients and new business.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; social network extension is a plus.
  • Fluent written and spoken in English and Chinese.
  • Less experience will be considers as Assistant Sales Brand Manager.
