Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team; Assist to organize monthly sales meeting, track KPI and related reports when necessary
  • Support daily sales operations, such as preparing invoices and tracking orders
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder is required. IANG welcomed
  • 1-3 years related experience is preferred, fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Willingness to travel to Shenzhen headquarter occasionally is required
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
