What you'll be doing

- Lead, recruit, train and mentor retail team to achieve organization goals.

- Organize trade shows, event to drive local and international business developments

- Business development on assigned key trade partners.

- Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, inventory reports, and business performance metrics for management review

- Support administrative functions such as supplies management, procurement, quotations, and invoice processing

- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to contribute to company growth strategies.

- Initiate and execute business plans for new projects and retail expansion

- Develop clear, data-driven reports to support business decisions

- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the marketing department to improve operational efficiency and support promotional activities

- Occasionally perform field assignments, including site visits in Macau and other necessary locations for operational support

- Handle additional tasks and special projects assigned by senior leaders, demonstrating flexibility and initiative

What we're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or multi-store capacity

- Proven success in business development, team leadership, and project management

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, reporting, and proposal development

- Willingness to travel and conduct field work, including to Macau

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written Chinese and English
