Position Overview:
The Intern will support the allocation and weekly replenishment of merchandise across our retail locations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and enhance the overall shopping experience. A love for fashion and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the allocation of merchandise to various retail locations based on sales trends, inventory levels, and seasonal demands.

Support weekly replenishment processes to ensure that stores are stocked with the right products at the right time.

Analyze sales data using Excel to identify trends and make informed recommendations for inventory adjustments.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and allocations to ensure efficient operations.

Stay current with fashion trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising strategies.
Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

A genuine love for fashion and an understanding of current trends and consumer preferences.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or inventory management is a plus, but not required.
Work Hours: Mon to Fri (9:00a.m to 5:30p.m.); monthly basis
Work Location: HQ office in Wanchai
