Sales Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead recruitment, training, and coaching of the sales team, while maintaining team rosters and schedules.
  • Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and foster a positive, motivating work environment.
  • Implement performance reviews to continuously improve team productivity and performance.


Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Collaborate with the co-founder on sales strategy, set targets, and drive B2B partnerships (e.g., with furniture stores, designers).
  • Ensure personalized customer experiences and oversee new retail store openings and events.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor tactics to adapt strategies to maximize revenue growth.


Customer Experience & Operations

  • Enhance omnichannel customer service through various touchpoints (in-store, website, CRM) and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to teams for product and service improvements.
  • Optimize customer service workflows to ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and returns.


Retail & E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage budgets and forecast expenses related to retail development and operations
  • Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, and ensure smooth e-commerce processes (orders, deliveries, returns).
  • Develop and document SOPs to optimize sales processes and maintain operational efficiency.


Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve sales, customer experience, and operational workflows.
  • Relay insights to relevant teams to optimize product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in setting strategic initiatives to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
