Job Responsibilities
A: Store Operations Management
1. Responsible for daily store operations, ensuring operational standards, store environment, and equipment are in good condition, and assisting in implementing company policies.
2. Follow up on sales target achievements and assist in optimizing store sales performance and customer experience.
3. Coordinate product displays, promotions, and store activities to maintain consistent brand image.
B: Warehouse and Inventory Management
1. Responsible for warehouse and inventory management, ensuring the accuracy of goods in/out, transfers, and stocktaking.
2. Follow up on product displays, restocking, and returns processes.
3. Regularly analyze inventory structure and provide optimization suggestions.
C: Personnel Management (Scheduling/Attendance)
1. Prepare and implement employee schedules, arrange for rest days, and ensure adequate staffing.
2. Supervise attendance records and ensure compliance with company regulations.
3. Assist in handling team relationships, maintaining a positive work atmosphere, and improving team cohesion.
D: Website Operations Support
1. Responsible for product listings, updates, and inventory synchronization on the official website.
2. Follow up on online order processing and coordinate pre-sale inquiries and after-sales services.
3. Assist in daily e-commerce operations and ensure collaboration between online and offline operations.
E: Other Tasks
Complete other tasks assigned by the senior management.
Requirements
• Diploma or above, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in store operations and knowledge of retail operation processes and standards.
• Experience in warehouse and inventory management, capable of handling goods receiving, dispatching, stocktaking, and transfers independently.
• Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, adaptable, flexible with strong execution skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to details with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
