Job Description
Job Purpose:
To provide leadership for the Corporate Partnership and Marketing team under the Communications & Resource Development (CRD). S/he works closely with the Director and Senior Manager to formulate and execute resource development strategies targeting various donor groups, with reference to global and local market insights. S/he will ensure effective operations and drive implementation to achieve annual fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies for corporate partnerships and marketing campaign management, including mobilising various resources (monetary, in-kind, manpower, etc.) to secure support from corporates.
- Assist the supervisor in generating new ideas for corporate partnerships and campaigns, and take a leadership role in driving innovation.
- Manage and coach team members in campaign execution, including budget control, team coordination, collaboration with external partners, compliance, and implementation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders—including governance members, supporters, vendors, and volunteers—to enhance collaboration and campaign success.
- Identify partnership opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Development, Marketing or Resources Development
- Minimum 5 years’ post-graduation relevant work experience, in which at least 3 years at managerial level in marketing, business development, fundraising or related business fields
- NGO-related experience is highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge and practical skills on different fundraising tactics including Corporate Partnerships / Fundraising Campaigns & Events / Direct Mailing / Face-to-face appeal / Regular Giving / Telemarketing / Digital Fundraising, etc.
- Excellent command of both written and oral English, Chinese/Cantonese/Putonghua
- Mature personality, strategic-minded with vision, strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills
