This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work in a stable, fun, and happy apparel sourcing environment, focusing on providing leadship on the techncial aspects throughout the product development stages, covering Garment Fit Construction/Engineering, Denim Sustainable Finishing Development, Fabric/Material Adoption, and Cost-Saving Opportunity.

While you will lead the strong professional specialists, specializing in Garment Fit/Construction and Denim Finishing Development, across the regional offices in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, and Cambodia, you will contribute your strategic leadership and collaboration ability to drive partnership with US global Design and Development team in the US headquater, foster open communication with stakeholders internally and externally including Merchandising team, Fabric team, vendors, and mills partners to identify strategic balance between design, innovation, sourcing, cost, and quality point of view, curating list of business options to resolve challenges.

You will be on top of the global market to monitor the industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify consistent/up-to-date best practice integration, new way of working, and latest tehcnology thus achieving productive, efficiency, and strategic work culture.

We would like to hear from you if you have a Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in textile studies or business management with around 15 years of experience in the areas of garment technical/construction engineering, denim finishing development, cost and productivity management, passionate about technical services leadership in the global environment with excellent English and Chinese communication ability.
