Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively approaching clients, identifying new markets, and developing relationships with potential clients worldwide, with a particular focus on expanding our reach in various regions, including China.

Location: HK, need to travel frequently

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including distributorships and major retailers, in designated regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the general market.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends across different regions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in diverse markets.
• Build and lead a dedicated sales team in China
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction across various cultures.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a regional or global context.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, particularly in the general market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; experience in the China market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or related software.
• Understanding of cultural nuances in international markets.
