Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy Development
Develop sales strategies, pricing systems, and channel expansion plans based on regional market characteristics and AI application scenarios for various C-end products.Channel & Partner Management
Collaborate with local partners to expand and optimize online/offline channel networks (including agents and retailers), plan localized marketing campaigns, and enhance brand awareness and user conversion rates.
Jointly establish sales targets and execution plans with partners to ensure Sales Objectives (SO) are achieved.Consumer Insight & Product Implementation
Conduct in-depth analysis of product features and target user needs. Refine product positioning and market strategies for different products and application scenarios.Sales Target Management
Decompose, track, and achieve regional sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales management experience in consumer electronics (AI hardware, computer/communication/consumer electronic products preferred).
- Expertise in channel development and management with proven experience in building partner ecosystems.
- Strong consumer insights and market data analysis capabilities.
- International background: Solid overseas work experience and proficiency in the target market's local language.
- Familiarity with AI hardware and 3C product applications; ability to quickly grasp technical logic and translate it into market-ready language.
