Job Description
Job Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests, direct guests to the appropriate person or meeting rooms
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive and dstribute incoming courier mails, deliveries and invoices
- Ensure meeting rooms are tidy with all neceessary stationery and meterial
- Assist in arranging company car and driver
- Meeting room reservations and make sure all necessary stationary and materials in conference room
- Maintain and organize reading materials
- Prepare from or notie if needed
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 2 years experience, preferable in administrative related
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in MS applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
Working Hours and Benifits:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch; Alternative Saturday 8:30am to 12:00noon
- Group Medical Insurance
- Cheerful working environment
- 5 months contract
