Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily receptionist tasks professionally, such as answering company phone calls, managing tea concierge services, welcoming guests, booking and preparing meeting rooms, and organizing courier and mail services.
- Maintain fixed asset records, conduct stock inventories, and oversee the upkeep of office facilities and equipment.
- Handle ordering of stationery and office supplies, and coordinate office cleaning and environmental management.
- Manage the company’s daily operational expenses, including payment processing and reimbursement requests.
- Organize and manage the executive’s calendar and appointments.
- Provide support with data collection as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
- Offer daily assistance to the HR & Admin department when required.
- Undertake any additional tasks, projects, or duties assigned on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), English
• Hands on skills of MS Office (including PPT) and Chinese word processing
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Mature, good team player, cheerful, polite, outgoing and self-motivated
• Independent and willing to learn
• Immediate available will be an advantage
