Job Description
-
Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims, preparation and dealing with sub-contractor’s accounts;

Carry out Quantity Surveying duties for the project in hand including preparation of Sub-Contract tendering & documentation, Interim payment application/valuations, final account, insurance claims and contractual claims
-
Attend meetings and negotiate with consultants, client and sub-contractor/suppliers under the supervision of the superior
-
Assist to preparation of cash flow forecast and budget / objective cost
-
Vet project correspondences to identify cost and time implications and advise superior accordingly
-
Assist in contract administration e.g. bond, insurance
-
Monitor the material ordering in particular the quantity, wastage consumption and allowance
-
Main Contract and Sub-contract budgeting, cost estimate, procurement, final account, VO valuation & claim in construction projects, measurement & other QS practices

Main Contract cost monitoring and contract
Job Requirements
-
Higher diploma or above in Quantity Surveyor
-
5 years’ experience or above
-
Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractor’s accounts;

Good Team player with positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility;
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills;
-
Well-versed in MS Office.
