Purchasing Officer

Our major motor parts suppliers are in Japan. Our team, with size of about 10 staff, work collaboratively to drive the success of our business and exceed the expectations of our customers.To cope with our business expansion, we invite high calibre candidates to fill the position of Purchasing Officer.

 Top Racing Group Limited是香港其中一間主要的汽車零件公司，自1990年成立至今。公司位於九龍灣，從事汽車零件批發及零售業務，主要供應商來自日本。全公司約10名成員協力推動業務發展，持續提升顧客滿意度。 為配合業務，現誠聘採購主任一職。

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the whole purchasing process including but not limited to issue purchase orders, check stock availability, monitor order & shipment status and prepare shipping documentation
• Liaise with suppliers and shipment companies regularly for daily operation
• Prepare sales reports and review order plans & monitor sales volumes to identify fast moving, stock shortages and slow-moving items
• Enter data into the ERP system, including product information, purchase orders and updated status
• Work closely with sales team for delivery schedule and product information update
• Collaborate with accounts department to facilitate LC and TT payments to suppliers

主要職責： 

• 處理完整採購流程，包括但不限於開發採購訂單、檢查庫存狀況、監察訂單及付運狀態、準備所有貨運文件
• 定期與供應商及貨運公司聯繫以協調日常運作
• 編製銷售報告，審視訂單計劃及監察銷量，識別速銷品、缺貨品及滯銷品
• 將產品資料、採購訂單及更新狀態輸入ERP系統
• 與銷售團隊緊密協調付運及產品資訊更新
• 協同會計部處理供應商的信用狀（LC）及電匯（TT）付款

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or higher in business related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in purchasing field, preferably in retail / automobile related industry
• Strong skills in MS Excel and Word
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Interest in automobile parts is an advantage

• Less experience will be considered for the post ofPurchasing Clerk. 

資歷要求 :

• 持有商科相關學科的文憑或以上學歷
• 至少3年採購工作經驗，零售/汽車相關行業優先
• 熟識MS Excel及Word
• 中英文流利
• 細心及具備細節處理能力
• 對汽車零件有興趣者將獲優先考慮

• 經驗較少者可應徵採購文員職位
