Job Description

Town House has been operating for over 60 years in Hong Kong. Town House is a Hong Kong retailer, wholesaler and distributor of branded tableware and home accessories, representing numerous leading brands in Hong Kong including Riedel, Alessi, Nachtmann, Maxwell & Williams, Bohemia Crystal, Dartington Crystal, Royal Scot, Zanetto, Carrs Silver and many others.

We have 5 retail locations across Hong Kong and Macau, including in Prince’s Building, SOGO Causeway Bay & Kai Tak and Wing On, in addition to a wholesale division that supplies the top hotels and restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau.

We are looking for the following positions to join our company

Job Duties :

  • Provide clerical support to the Purchasing team
  • Maintain and update all purchasing documents and records
  • Prepare different reports to support internal & external team
  • Assist to handle customer enquiries
  • Communicate & provide support to the internal & external team.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements : 

  • Min. 2 years working experience;
  • Able to handle multi-tasks;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, organized.
  • Willing to learn, responsible and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

More experience may consider Senior role.
