Public Area Attendant 公眾地方清潔員

DUTIIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and clean public area, office and back area

負責公眾地方、辦公室和其他後勤地方的清潔

• Report to supervisor of any mechanical defects to ensure everything is in good condition in the hotel

向督導員匯報任何酒店內的損壞

• Report any lost and found item to Housekeeping department immediately

向房務部匯報任何拾獲的失物

• Handle and deliver guests’ requests professionally with smile

保持笑容地處理每位客人的要求

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant working experience in Hotel stewarding department is a plus, candidates without relevant experience will also be considered

有酒店管事部經驗者優先，歡迎沒有相關工作經驗的求職者

• Good team player with good communication skills
