- Maintaining accurate records of property details, lease agreements, tenant information, and financial data.
- Managing tenant relationships and overseeing property maintenance and repairs.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like occupancy rates, rental income, and property values to assess the portfolio's overall health.
- Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
- Dealing with legal matters and building authorities, including but not limited to the Building Department and the Fire Service Department
- Property acquisition and disposal.
